Telephone Hours

Our telephone lines are open from 08:00 – 18:30.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Extended Access

Extended access video appointments are available using the LIVI – NHS GP appointments app on your smartphone or tablet – appointments are available from 07:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 17:00 Saturdays and Sundays. (LIVI cannot deal with ear or chest infections).

In the case of emergency when the surgery is closed please dial 111. This is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it is less urgent than 999.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.

Walk-In Centre

You can also attend the walk – in centre at Woking Community Hospital. It’s open from 08:00 – 20:00 (Mon – Sun) for minor injuries and ailments. Tel: 01483 846209.

This is run by nurse practitioners who are qualified to treat minor complaints/injuries and other health related problems with reference to a doctor. They are not able to treat children under two years old.
